Description
Isaac Richard Jones was born 27th July 1883 at Gillingham, Kent. He signed up for the Royal Navy as a Boy, 2nd Class, 27th July 1901. His WW1 medals were issued whilst serving on HMS Valentine as confirmed on roll.
