Henry Howard Molyneux Herbert Vanity Fair Print 1869
Known as Viscount Porchester from 1833 to 1849, was a British politician and a leading member of the Conservative Party. He was twice Secretary of State for the Colonies and also served as Lord Lieutenant of Ireland.
Original Lithograph of Lord Carnarvon with the caption at the bottom of the print: The Whole Life of that great party to which I thought I had the honour to belong was nothing but a mere organised hypocrisy.
