Born 1864, Kensington, London to a Cheltenham family. Grandson of the late Sir John Forsyth C.B., K.C.S.I.
First appears in the list of Inspectors 18/11/88 at Thayetmyo. Began 12 months leave on a medical certificate 16/05/90 – he does not appear to have returned – he does not appear in the 1891 or 1892 lists.
Married 1887 – Divorced 1898. Died at Hendon, 1963.
