Great War Medal pair named to Royal Warwicks Regiment taken Prisoner of War whilst serving in Royal Berkshire Regiment 

Red Cross Registration card confirms that he was serving 2nd Battalion Royal Berkshire Regiment, D Coy, 13th Platoon, when taken prisoner at Juvincourt 27th May 1918. He was re-patriated 1st January 1919. His total service was 2 yrs 182 days.

Hammond also served as 40018 Pte Royal Warwickshire Regiment as confirmed on his Medal Index Card and the Medal Roll. His Royal Berkshire Regiment service number was 50605
